Submission Guidelines

How to Submit

You may choose to submit your business or entrepreneurship-related work. Please note that due to the volume of submissions we receive annually, we only accept submissions directly from our partnered organizations. 

The following templates must be used for your submission:

The text of the manuscript should be arranged in the following order:

  • Title
  • Abstract
  • Introduction
  • Body Text: Market Analysis, Competitive Analysis, Product Design, Marketing Plan, and Finance and Fundraising
  • Conclusion
  • Acknowledgments and References

The title should be short enough to explain your research work's gist. This is the layout:

1. Abstract

This document file is a live template. The various components of your paper [title, text, heads, etc.] are exactly defined on the style sheet, as illustrated by the portions given in this document. 

Do not include any special characters, symbols, or math in your title or abstract. The authors must follow the guidelines given in the document for the papers to be published. You can use this document file as both an instruction set and as a template into which you can type your own text.

2. Introduction 

  • The business opportunity. 
  • What does your company do? 
  • What problem are you solving?
  •  What challenges and pain points will you resolve for users?

3. Market Analysis

  • Who are you targeting? 
  • Who makes up your target audience? 
  • Who are your target segments, buyer personas, and ideal customers?

4. Competitive Analysis

  •  Who are your competitors?
  • What are some key factors related to being successful in your industry?

5. Product Design

  • What would be the product architecture, user flow, good path, bad path, and key value proposition that would inspire customers to come to your product? 
  • Define various phases of the product evolution from the launch stage to the growth stage.

6. Marketing Plan

  • Who are your target segments, buyer personas, and ideal customers?
  • Which channels and platforms will you use to reach and convert your target audience? 
  • Where will you meet your audience?

7. Finance and Fundraising

  • What is your cost structure, and what are your revenue streams? 
  • Describe your fixed and variable costs and how you will make money. 
  • Consider your sales goals for the near future and long term. 
  • What amount of funding will you require from investors? 
  • Where will that funding go?

Page Layout

An easy way to comply with the conference paper formatting requirements is to use this document as a template and simply type your text into it. Wherever Times is specified, Times Roman or Times New Roman may be used. Body text must be 11pt.

The margins must be set as follows:

  • Top = 1.7cm
  • Bottom = 1.7cm
  • Left = 1.7cm
  • Right = 1.7cm

Please do not indent paragraphs, but instead tap Enter twice for a line break. Pages should be laid out in a single-column format, and text should be left-aligned.

Title and Author Details

The title must be in 20 pt Times New Roman font. The author's name must be in the 11pt Times New Roman font. Author affiliation must be in 10 pt italic Times New Roman. 

All title and author details must be in single-column format and must be centered. Every word in a title must be capitalized. Email address is compulsory for the corresponding author.

Section Headings

No more than three levels of headings should be used. All Level-1 headings must be in 12pt font. Only the first word and proper nouns should be capitalized.

Level-1 Heading:  A level-1 heading must be in 12 pt font and numbered using Arabic numerals. The two level-1 headings which must not be numbered are “Acknowledgment” and “References.”

Level-2 Heading:  A level-2 heading must be in Italics, left-justified, and numbered following the level-1 heading. For example, if the level-1 heading is labeled “4,” the level-2 heading will be 4.1, 4.2, and so on.

Level-3 Heading: A level-3 heading must be indented, in Italic and numbered with an Arabic numeral followed by a right parenthesis. The level-3 heading must end with a colon. The body of the level-3 section immediately follows the level-3 heading in the same paragraph. For example, this paragraph begins with a level-3 heading.

A. Figures and Tables

Figures and tables must be centered on the page.

B. Figure Captions

Figures must be numbered using Arabic numerals. Figure captions must be in 8-pt Regular font. Captions of a single line must be centered, whereas multi-line captions must be justified. Captions with figure numbers must be placed after their associated figures.

C. Table Captions

Tables must be numbered using uppercase Roman numerals. Table captions must be centered and in 8 pt font. Every word in a table caption must be capitalized except for minor words. 

D. Page Numbers, Headers, and Footers

Page numbers, headers, and footers must not be used.

E. Links and Bookmarks

All hypertext links and section bookmarks will be removed from papers while processing papers for publication. If you need to refer to an Internet email address or URL in your paper, you must type out the address or URL fully in Regular font.

References

The heading of the References section must not be numbered. All reference items must be in 8 pt font. Please use Regular and Italic styles to distinguish different fields, as shown in the References section.

Once your work is ready for submission, please have your organization contact us, and we will provide you with information on how to submit your work.
